I’m thrilled to release the very first issue of “FTF”!

Especially during this time of social distancing, I really hope these videos will give you
some good stuff to practice at home. 

Today’s FTF is a variation on the Twist-o-Flex I call the “Pull Up“.

As you get used to this move, try pulling up to the side, to the back.. up high? down low? Be right back, I need to try those last ones too!
